Regular maintenance of the client’s managed infrastructure is carried out in accordance with the approved plan. Repairs or unscheduled maintenance can be carried out promptly in a matter of minutes, immediately after an incident is reported. For this purpose, our engineers and system administrators are on duty in the data center round the clock and continuously. In some cases, when the situation does not require immediate intervention, the service is carried out on the next business day. When you sign a contract for IT infrastructure management, the terms and conditions of maintenance are detailed in the agreement. We are ready to meet all infrastructure needs, both in terms of resources and maintenance.
We allocate our clients’ and our own hardware capacities in a Tier 3-class data center. In case of a complete external power outage, the autonomous operation of the infrastructure and in-house security of data center is ensured by our own diesel generators. In server rooms, automatic systems constantly maintain the temperature at +24°C. Stand-by air conditioning is organized according to the N+2 scheme: even in case of simultaneous failure of two air conditioners the stand-by ones will be automatically switched on. All racks are equipped with stand-by uninterruptible power supplies operating according to the N+1 scheme: in case of failure, the stand-by UPS will turn on automatically. To protect data, we use best practices and tailored strategies in the field of IT security and employ the latest hardware and software solutions from the world’s leading manufacturers.
