Tier 3 standard data center security and terms of rack placement
Due to its own diesel generators, the data center can operate autonomously for up to 3 days even in case of a complete power outage.
A constant temperature of + 24°C is maintained in a data hall. Indirect adiabatic cooling and the hot aisle isolation principle are used for this purpose in a data center. The backup air conditioning system is organized according to the N+2 scheme: even if two air conditioners fail simultaneously, they are automatically replaced by a backup air conditioner.
Optical/thermal fire alarms are located on 2 levels: ceiling and raised floor. In a data center we use active internal fire extinguishing systems. You have the option to select a room for your hardware with both active and passive fire protection.
Server racks are equipped with backup uninterruptible power supplies with N+1 scheme support: in case of UPS failure the backup UPS will be connected automatically.
Biometric control system in the secured data center and strict access authorization. Security checks 24/7.

If you rent hardware and server racks in our data center, store data or use any other СloudKleyer services, we will organize migration of your servers to the cloud, new physical or virtual servers free of charge. For migration operations and transfer of enterprise data we use software products from leading software developers: Acronis and Veeam. If required, we will help you to develop and organize disaster recovery systems, and manage backup storage.

If you sign an agreement to rent a server or purchase hardware on a rent-to-own model, our engineers will develop an optimal hardware configuration for your project's technical requirements free of charge.
Made in Germany
The cost of the rented server rack and units is fixed in the agreement and does not change. We keep our prices unchanged for 10 years (except for electricity bills). The contract term and billing time for rented racks can be set individually.

The architecture and design of data centers assumes multiple redundancy of communications and power supply, physical security of data halls, multi-level fire safety systems, guarded premises, powerful cooling systems and constant temperature in the data hall. All data centers are traditionally classified by size, reliability, purpose and compliance with standards.
Colocation is a service where commercial companies and enterprises can allocate their IT hardware in public data centers. We rent out racks to businesses in Tier 3 data centers, provide power supply and hosting, and connect equipment to high-bandwidth digital channels. Colocation services allow our clients to avoid the complicated process of custom development and provide their own data center with technical support, as well as to reduce costs by providing the “last mile” – connectivity between their own infrastructure and the provider’s hardware.
As part of the Remote Hands, СloudKleyer engineers and network administrators repair and maintain hardware, audit and monitor infrastructures. We are ready to solve even the most unusual client problems, such as failures of disk drives, RAID controllers, motherboards, management boards, optical boards, switches, data storage and other maintenance issues with both new and obsolete hardware. You do not need to search for the necessary components, all the necessary hardware we will find, purchase and install in the shortest possible time. CloudKleyer specialists work on the basis of technical specifications provided by the client. Two types of payment for our services are available to our clients, hourly payment: €90 per hour, as well as per project payment: the amount is negotiated in advance and specified in the service agreement. We provide consulting services free of charge. If necessary, our employees can go to the client’s premises for a preliminary assessment of the situation. The visit is also free of charge within the city limits of Frankfurt am Main.
The minimum term of server rental in a data center is 1 month. The term of launching a VPS with custom configuration: from 3 days. The launch period of a physical hardware depends directly on the selected configuration of components and business requirements of your project. Rent-to-own model of a dedicated server is available for a period from 2 to 5 years.
For each client we not only develop an individual technical solution, but also draw up an agreement taking into account the specifics of the business project. When concluding long-term contracts, we always give big discounts, offer free options and bonuses. In a data center we are ready to take into account even the most specific business needs and always manage our client demands when special security, storage or data processing conditions are required.
